I received the item on time, but it looks thinner and different than in the picture, the NXe logo is nowhere to be found as the picture shows, other than that it is all ok for the price.

Item was on back order... Still was shipped FAST FAST FAST! Worth the little xtra $$$ for the NXE instead of the generic neck protectors.
